National Grain and Feed Foundation Classic Golf Tournament
Riverwalk Golf Club

The annual National Grain and Feed Foundation Classic Golf Tournament this year will be played at the Riverwalk Golf Club, located just north of downtown San Diego and only about 20-25 minutes away from the Hotel Del Coronado.

Formerly known as the Stardust Country Club, the course entertained golf's legends on the PGA Tour in the 1950's and 60's. An extensive renovation has returned the course to the beauty of its historic glory days. Water comes into play on 13 of the 27 holes, with a spectacular waterfall surrounding the green of the signature hole. The San Diego River is a prominent feature of the layout, contributing to the beauty and challenge of the course. Want to tune up your game?

Riverwalk also hosts the Nike Golf Learning Center. Visit www.riverwalkgc.com for details.

Registration for the NGFF Classic is limited to the first 144 players., so register to play today. Players will be given the opportunity to assemble playing groups as the event nears. The cost is $150, $69 of which represents a tax-deductible contribution to the National Grain and Feed Foundation. The entry fee includes bus transportation, a deli box lunch at the course, greens fees, carts and all contests.

Once again, NGFA-member sponsors will provide fabulous prizes to the low-scoring foursome, longest-drive winner, closest-to-the- pin winner, longest putt winner, and hole-in-one on a designated hole. Rental clubs are available for $40. Riverwalk is a spikeless facility; no metal spikes allowed.
